School Year Terms
Our season runs from September through May. We assume that students registered in September will complete the year however, we do not tie you into a yearly contract. Therefore, if for some reason your child cannot complete the year, please notify us as soon as possible that your child will be dropping out of the program. Until we receive this notice, you will continue to be billed. Tuition payments are non-refundable.
Any classes missed due to inclement weather may be made up by coming to any other age appropriate class on the schedule.
Tuition payment options:
MONTHLY Tuition for dancers in multiple classes or families with dancing siblings is due on the first lesson of each month.
THIRDS Tuition for dancers in one class per week may pay monthly, the first lesson of each month OR in thirds with payment for three months being due on September 1, December 1, March 1.
Tuition is collected for the months of September through May and remains the same whether there are (3) weeks or (5) weeks in a month. Full tuition for the month of May is collected--it includes any classes in the month of May, as well as defrays the cost of dress rehearsal recital and after recital party. There will be a $10 late fee added to your bill for any tuition not paid by the 15th of the month. There is a $20 return check fee.

Each May our studio holds a recital to showcase the talents of our dancers. Participation is optional, however 99% of our dancers love to be involved!
Recital costumes: 65.00-75.00 each
